Möller's Tran with lemon flavor is a good source of vitamins A, E and D, as well as the omega-3 fatty acids DHA and EPA. One teaspoon, 5 ml, gives you 1.2 g of natural omega-3 fatty acids and a daily dose of vitamins A, D and E.
